Hello Akhil
For Biology, NCERT is more than enough. Almost 90% questions are asked from the NCERT itself. I myself had referred only NCERT for NEET biology and had scored 326 out of 360. So I would suggest you also to do the same. But you have to study it in a smart way so that you cover the important parts of the subject from which maximum number of questions are asked.
For scoring 300+ you need to be thorough with the entire NCERT content and for that you should read it atleast 2-3 times completely before the exam. Go through the following things while studying NCERT:
  • Examples
  • Classifications
  • Diagrams and their labellings
  • Biological cycles
  • Reactions and mechanisms (respiration and photosynthesis chapter)
  • Highlighted data
  • Statistics (most important- ecology and continuing chapters)
  • Name of the scientists/inventors
  • Full forms
  • Tables (again most important)

And lastly summary part given at the end of every chapter.
Do revise your work regularly and practice maximum number of questions possible in order to score maximum.
Prepare well and study smart.!
Good Luck.!
