It all depends upon the cutoff and seats available. Sometimes even 70 to 75 marks wont get u good rank in computer science if the paper is easy. With increase in the number of candidates average cutoffs have increased considerably.
In BPCL you have fair chances if you do well in interview. Apart from that in some miniratna,navratna you have good chances. But in other maharatna almost nill chances .
