Choosing BSc computer science is a good option.  Getting into BSc computer science doesn't need your intermediate score. Since there is no entrance exam for BSc to get worried about your weightage. There are no colleges that will take entrance exam for getting into BSc degree. You should be able to doing good after entering into the field of computer science. So you can continue with your plan of choosing career in Computer science.
