Yes there is a fee waiver in VIT University for only those candidates who get a very good rank in VITEEE
For complete knowledge of this fee waiver you can go with the below link.

And for having a probable idea of ITP branch on the basis of your rank in VITEEE, you should go with the below link where you will see previous year cut off list of this exam and you can have a probable idea that are you able to have this branch on the basis of your rank.
