As you mentioned PCB, I will answer assuming that you are asking about the NEET entrance examination. The guidelines for this examination state that the eligibility criteria for a general category student is at least 50% in 12th. This is the aggregate of all the subjects. The re-attempt that you took is not a problem as long as your total percentage is above 50%.
