This year paper was easy because of which cut off has been increased to a good extent. The marks that you have scored is pretty low and rank must be pretty high.

In such case getting a getting a government medical college will be difficult but due to your category rank, it might be possible for you to get a seat in the state counselling because the cut off of OBC category students is lower than general category students.
