Before the beginning of the Counselling Procedure through State Quota, there would be a mandatory Registration procedure in which you need to login to your profile and then approve your will to take part in the Counselling Process. During this registration phase which would be online, you would be required to pay the fees through online net banking. Then the acknowledgement slip would be generated providing you with the further details of document verification.

The last date of fee payment is July 1, 2019 (11:59 PM). The mode of payment of fees is online using the official website jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in

Hi shushant, 

When you will register for jharkhand state neet 2019 counselling. After the completion of form you would be asked to pay fees online there will also be a option to pay at bank later on by some dye dates. 

This fees will be paid during the registration for the neet counselling of your state.
