CSE at Manipal Jaipur is a good option. But you should first try to get admission in the main Manipal. MIT (Manipal Institute of Technology, Udipi, Karnataka) is old and good for placement. Placements at Manipal Jaipur is average because it is still a new university.
Professors in CSE department are very nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable.

CSE has better placement in MUJ in comparison to other branches and not only in MUJ but in every engineering college you will find this tend because everything is going digital so CSE engineer has ample opportunities to get placed on campus as well as off campus.
