how calculate percentage marks in six semesters for admission in mba

Hi,

To calculate the percentage of six semesters for admission in mba -

Step1) sum the total number of marks for each semester.

I.e  total marks of sem 1+total marks of sem 2+ total marks of sem 3 + total marks of sem 4 + total marks of sem 5+ total marks of sem 6

Step 2) sum the total number of marks obtained in each semester -

i.e.

Marks obtained in sem 1 + Marks obtained in sem 2 + Marks obtained in sem 3 + Marks obtained in sem  4 + Marks obtained in sem 5 + Marks obtained in sem 6

Step 3) now divide total marks obtained by total number of marks in each semester.

Total number of marks obtained (step 2) / total number of marks (step1)

Now multiply the answer with 100 it will be your aggregate percentage of all the six semester.
