When you download your NEET UG admit card, then at the same time NTA sends a copy of your admit card to your registered email id, so please check the inbox of your registered email id, your admit card must have been there or otherwise you can also contact NTA's helpdesk if they can help you out, you can mail them at neet@nta.ac.in
