MHTCET is a state level entrance examination conducted by government of Maharashtra, application forms were released on  June 8th and the last date to submit the form will be 7th July. You can fill the form at their official website 'mahacet.org' . The important documents you'll need to fill the form:

• Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
• Domicile certificate of State
• Class 10 and 12 marksheets
• Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking details for payment.
• Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature, and maybe Fingerprint (some universities ask for it)
