You can apply for TS eamct once you belong to the state of Andhra Prades/Telenganah.According to the official rule Candidatesshould satisfy local / non local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.So you need to have a prove of local status like residing certificate or examinations from tender age etc.

As per the eligibility criteria for TS EAMCET, Candidates must be Indian nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (POI) or Overseas Citizen of India Cardholders (OCIs). Candidate should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. And since you are from Telangana, you can apply for TS EAMCET as long as you satisfy local/ non-local status of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

To apply, first keep all the required documents ready before filling the application form like Hall Ticket Number of S.S.C. or equivalent, valid email and mobile number, study or residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status, caste certificate (if applicable), scanned images of photograph and signature, etc.  Then visit official website of TS EAMCET application, https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in/TSEAMCET/EAMCET_OnlineApplication.aspx

Then process will include steps like payment of application fee, filling up of application form, uploading scanned images, submission of form and checking payment status.
