After xii board or BSC degree , if you want to have "Doctor" tag in front of your name , it won't be possible without entrance exam. To become a doctor or to pursue any medical course NEET is mandatory examination. For mbbs, BDS, veterinary and Ayush courses one can not opt for these courses without cracking Neet.

People study BSC, or any bachelor's degree then they do master's and phD then they are called Doctors.

If you go for  graduation in microbiology then you do DMLT , ( Diploma in medical laboratory Technology) , then you have to give an entrance exam and after doing M.D. program ,you will be called Doctor.

Sorry, but their isn't any way you can become a doctor in medical field without MBBS degree. For getting into pursuing MBBS degree, you must clear NEET UG entrance examination for sure. Bsc degrees don't make you doctor. However, their are courses such as bsc Nursing and bsc occupational therapy etc., But you neet to clear NEET UG exam for that too. So don't think of a shortcut to become a doctor as you will be dealing with lives of people in the profession. If you really want to become a doctor, work hard, study smart for it. Nothing comes easily.
