Hello,

If you wish to teach at school level, then you will be required to do BEd as I believe you're already a graduate, the minimum aggregate required for BEd is 50% or above depending upon the norms of the university, admission process may be based on the merit of the qualifying examination, or done through entrance tests as conducted by Delhi University, BHU, Allahabad University, GGSIPU, NCERT conducts CEE for admission into RIEs etc, get to know complete details about BEd at https://www.careers360.com/courses/b-ed-bachelor-of-education

other than this if you want to teach at university level then you have to appear for CSIR NET and qualify the same, for that you'll be required to have 55% aggregate in your master degree course, in case you belong to SC/ST there is relaxation of 5%, explore more detailed information about CSIR NET at https://competition.careers360.com/exams/csir-ugc-net
