You can choose any degree as per your marks and interest. If you have selected your optional subject - go for a degree in that subject - it will help. Read newspaper daily (atleast editorials). And try to cover GS (Static part) - ncert (geog., history, economics, polity, sc.). If you do this from today within 3 years of your degree, none can stop you from being a topper. All that is needed is a sincere effort.
