Yes you can fill the VITEEE application form now as it has been extended.
VIT has only informed that the application process has been extended but it has not disclosed when it is ending, so you can apply now for VITEEE 2020 application form till further notification.

To apply for VITEEE , follow the below steps

• First of all visit its official site i.e https://viteee.vit.ac.in and register yourself
• Fill your details in the application form
• Pay the application fee
• Upload your photograph and signature
• submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page
