Yes...you can fill the online submission and confirmation of option form of CAP Round 2 by login on mahacet.org (http://cetcell.mahacet.org/) .

The CAP shall consist of first two rounds of Centralized Allotment wherein eligible candidates of respective rounds (both Maharashtra and All India) will fill & confirm fresh Online Option forms through their login for respective rounds......

If you belong from any reserved category then you have to submit the caste validity certificate while filling the application form....

If you don't have the caste validity certificate while filling the application form then you can apply for declaration form (you will get concession for few days to prepare for that certificate)
