Yes you are eligible for Jamia Millia Islamia and Aligarh Muslim University.
The basic eligibility criteria to pursue graduation in Jamia Millia Islamia and Aligarh Muslim University is the candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with atleast 50% marks aggregrate or in the subject concerned.Different courses have different eligibility criteria but lapse in a year won't create any problem.
For Aligarh Muslim University however,the candidate should not be more than 24 years of age.
Both of these colleges take admissions through entrance exams.
