Hello Chandrakant,
Don't worry about that. In this case too, you have to approach your school from where you have given essential qualification examination. You should contact your registrar for Character Certificate. You last college will issue it easily. This is not a big deal.

Can I issue this certificate from the college I passed my 12th. Because after that I never been to college. I passed my graduation as external student i.e, directly filling form from the university and appearing in the exam.So please reply me.
