Anyway,
In general,
You cannot be eligible for 85% state quota of a state if you are not domicile of that particular state

But yes,
There are some exceptions.
For example,
To be eligible for Delhi State quota , you don't to be domicile of Delhi , you can be eligible for Delhi state quota by just passing class 12th board examination form a school located in Delhi because :-
As per Delhi state quota eligibility criteria,
In order to be eligible , one needs to pass class 12 from a school located in Delhi- NCR, affiliated to the boards :-CBSE, ICSE or JMI.

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

practising chapterwise questions

then revising the chapters,

solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,

I passed 10th from bihar so if I pass out 12th from delhi will i be eligible for Delhi state quota?
