Here I'm listing the eligibility criteria for the INSPIRE scholarship. You can check all those criteria and you can find out if you can actually apply for it or not.

1. The applicants must be in the age group of 17-22 years.
2. The candidates should be among the top 1% of the succesful students in terms of aggregate marks in 12th board examination.
3. For JEE mains or medical test aspirants you have to be among top 20000 rankers.
4. If you are enrolled in basic/natural science subjects leading to BSC/MSC or if you are already enrolled in kishore vaigyanik protsahan yojna are eligible.

if you fullfill these criteria then you are eligible for the scholarship and you can fill the registration form on their official Website.
