Hello,

No, there is no such distinction state and central EWS certificate. There is only one EWS certificate. If you fulfill all the criteria you are eligible to get EWS certificate.

To get a EWS certificate you will have to go to revenue officer in Municipal office. You will need to fill a form and attach following documents.

1. Ration card

2. Adhaar card

3. Income certificate
