Dear sriram, 

To get seat in Andhra University you will have to write any entrance exam accepted by the Institute like APEAMCET, AUEET etc. 

After attempting you must score cut off marks to stand eligible for counselling and again depending on the branch, category this might differ. 

Hence after fulfilling the elgibility criteria you will secure seat.
