Hello,
Admission to undergraduate course in various colleges of University of Delhi based on merit are provided by procedure as follows

Online Registration forms are available in month of may.
Cutoffs are released starting from third week of july college wise and course wise.
You need to go to college whose cutoffs you are clearing to take admission.

Cutoffs are based on percentage secured in class XII and not on beled exam.
