First you will have to Register and Apply on nift official websitem
Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with required information.
After that shortlisted candidates are called for personal interview based on marks obtained in 10+2/10+2+3.
And then Final Selection is done and candidates are selected based on performance in personal interview.
But keep in mind that preference will be given to those with relevant industry experience.
