Focus on ncert textbooks which are the gold standard.
Practice mcqs from any good book which has previous year question papers.
Work on time management.
You can use HC Verma for reference.

Hi sushant. I have been there before. So I ll guide you here. First of all. Choose the right book. It depends from person to person. Choose what you love to read. Read and understand the concept in depth. Clear the doubts even if it's trivial with your professors. Solve Atleast 300 to 500 questions in each chapter. And also check your answers , rectify and learn from your mistakes. In the end solve many full papers and manage your timing. That's essential when it comes to physics. Good luck

Hello buddy, for scoring excellent marks in physics, you must be thorough in concepts. So you must read NCERT, HC Verma Books properly. You can refer halliday resnick walker(Indian edition) to clear difficult concepts and problem solving techniques. Keep solving MCQs and assertion and reasoning type of question as much as you can.
All the best !

Hello aspirant,

Scoring 120 is not so difficult but a little amount of time is required.
Unlike biology and chemistry (except physical) it won't be easy by remembering.
What is important is practice? 1st initial 1 to 1.5 hour try to.understand concept and practice formulas
Followed by that do.the basic problems using formulas so that u understand which formula to.use followed by that a little difficult ones which helps you understand concepts and then intermixing of problems between two chapters (these are difficult ones) .

With this u can master the formulas, concepts and understanding.

Believe ne with regards to physics understanding question is also important

Hello Sushant,

Prepare for "120" and depending on level of question paper it can go up to 140 or less to 90 too , all you got is to prepare best of your ability and give your best  in single shot.

Firstly concepts need to be crystal clear and if still there are some important topics that you have doubts then I suggest you to look at them again and understand them. HC verma will work for that .

Second solve  MCQs to the fullest and that too with fun . I can assure you that you will enjoy physics If you practice numericals often.

For numericals you can use any book that suits you best like DC pandey or something.

If you do  that then half of the work is covered and the rest will be covered after you start giving MOCK exams of full 11th and 12th syllabus.

Wish you all the best, hope this helps.

Thanks

Hello Sushant,
Hi, As per your query about preparation of Physics for NEET UG entrance exam, I would like to suggest following tips
1.Make your own study plan and follow it properly with dedication and PATIENCE....
2. Devote most of time say 80 % in NEET preparation and 20 % in board exam preparation if you are in 12th std.
3. Practice MCQS on daily basis
4. Correct your mistakes
Most important for NEET/AIIMS is your NCERT books as these books include basic principles and concepts and provide accurate information.
KEEP NCERT + ONE REFERNCE BOOK + MAXIMUM MCQS PRACTICE = Medical SEAT Apart from this, you can add upon it by following books
BOOKS -
Concept of physics by H C Verma
Fundamental of Physic by Pradeep
Objective physics by DC Pandey
BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE TO CLEAR ENTRANCE YOU ARE NOT DOING PhD so dont go by all books mentioned here and there
Important topics which cover about 70 % , around 30 - 32 ques/ each year for last 10 years out of a total of 45 ques/year
Kinematics
Rotational Motion
Gravitation
Thermal Physics
Wave Motion and Doppler's effect
Electrostatic
Current Electricity & Effect of Current
Magnetic Effect of Current and Magnetism
Ray optics and Optical Instruments
Modern Physics
Semiconductors and Digital Electronics
