Laxmikant, Indian Political Thought by BR Mehta, Western Political Thought by Shefali Jha( you can refer either OP Gauba or Shefali Jha), Public administration by M. Laxmikant or Bidyut Chakraborty, Comparative Politics by J.C. Johari, International Relations by Andrew Heywood.
