Dear student,
As you have not mentioned your category, so we are assuming you as a General Category candidate. To qualify for NIT's, you have to clear the JEE Mains cutoff for general category. This year, the cutoff for general category was 90.37%. Every year, the cut-off for JEE Mains for general category goes around 90%. So you have to score a minimum of 90% to clear the cut-off.
To qualify for IIT's you have to clear the JEE Advance cut-off. This year, the cut-off for JEE Advance for general category is 69. But this does not mean that you clear the cut-offs and you will get a NIT or an IIT .
To get an NIT or an IIT , your score must be very good. You must hold a very good rank in both the Mains and Advance.
Hope this helps.
