Hey Orkita,
If you have registered for first round counselling 2019 of NEET on time you will be automatically registered for second round counselling process.
But if you have not registered for first round counselling 2019 earlier then there are fresh registrations available for 2nd round counselling you can go for it and can lock your choices.
