Hello Dear,
You can score 300+ by practicing and focusing. First remove your fear on exam and start practicing. If you choose pressure of heavy books you will loose your confidence and leaves a bad impression about the syllabus.
For Physics: NCERT books are very good to practice and to gain good knowledge but go for H C Verma that will clear your concepts and for preparation in the last month. Mainly focus on the concepts like: Modern Physics, Optics and Electromagnetics are good scoring areas in Physics.
For Chemistry: NCERT books for organic chemistry is enough to clear your concepts and practicing. For In-Organic OP Tandon book is good for MCQs and have better explanation. Mainly focus on the concepts like: Inorganic and organic both and last chapters of 11th and 12th.
For Math : In Math, books have no preference, the only thing which matter is your practice. So practice as much as you can. Mainly focus on the concepts like: Calculus, Coordinate Geometry and 3D Geometry are scoring areas in Math.
Practice previous year question papers after completion of your preparation that will build your confidence.
Hope this helps you. If you have any other queries you can comment in the comment box.
All the Best!!!
