No, after the second extended round this will affect you. You can ofcourse surrender the seat but as per their rules every year, you won't get any refund as the amound remains forfeited if you decide to leave a seat alotted in second extended round. So, decide wisely.

Can I expect seat in gkvk for agriculture by getting 5600 ranking in practical test and having sc category and rural quota
