I don't know about the AP branch as it is new but i can tell you the process for Vellore branch. I think the process will be same for every Branch.

You just need to contact your Program Chair first then you will have to consult the Finance Department, he will guide you to the registrar and then few more process.

They will deduct 20 to 30% of the Total 1 year fees.

If the course has any provision or feature of refunding if you don't get expected service then you will get it. if it was any regular degree course then there is less chance to refund.

It would be better to talk to respective college official who deals with it. Surely they will help you out with your issue or find a solution for it. Visit the college help desk for any doubt.
