Hello Jitendra,
As the post graduate courses offer you more deep knowledge compared to degree courses so it will obviously lead to enhancement of your knowledge and enrichment of your skill set that will in turn help you to acquire your desired job.
Also there are some carrer opportunities that require the fulfillment of masters degree such as assistant professor jobs where you can find less competition as compared to jobs having only batchlors degree requirement.
If you want to choose research as your career then you must have to go for masters as the research is the next step after masters.

Post graduation is a more specialised courses and as you get a degree therefore there are higher chances that you will be selected for any job and will be given preference over a normal graduate students also a post graduate can also go for research and development in the industry which is not possible for a normal graduate.
