Hello aspirant,

There are a lot of parameters which should be followed up to get placed in a good comapany.

subject knowledge is a must. Be clear with fundamental subjects like data structures, algorithms , DBMS, Unix and many more.

you should be pretty good in aptitude tests and Communication skills . These two factors will bring you forward to next rounds with an equally good resume and technical skills would make you placed easily.
