Hi there, JEE exams are for getting admission in IITs and not in Indian Army.

JEE-ADVANCED's ranks are used to give candidates admission in IITs. You can not go into Indian Army no matter how good you perform in JEE-ADVANCED because it won't serve the purpose at all because these two fields are completely different from each other. Same goes with JEE-MAINS score.
After 10+2, you can go for NDA if you want to join Indian Army.

TES ENTRY SCHEME
You can get in Indian army by this entry, you only need to score above 75% in class 12 in pcm.You should apply for the forms as they will be available by now, you have to give SSB interview for it and after selected you can join INDIAN ARMY.

INDIAN NAVY BTECH PROGRAM
In this programme you can join Indian Navy with jee mains rank.
Fill the form they will be available , you also need to appear for SSB then you can join INDIAN NAVAL ACADEMY and can do btech from there, you will be commissioned as an officer.
Other than this you can also give NDA exam by which you can join any defence force.
Other ways are also there you can also join it after doing your BTECH by AFCAT or CDS exam
