Hi , for state quota ranks you need to first appear in state counselling by doing registration for the native state you're willing to go for counselling . Then the state ranking list will be prepared . Then according to that you can fill your choices and appear in counselling . Remember at the time of counselling you are supposed to present your state domicile certificate in order to avail 85% state quota .
