Firstly I would say that bioinformatics is the best course currently. With so much development in the human resources field you can easily get a job in India. You can apply for government organization like fisheries department and ocean research organization. Also you can always get into teaching as a professor in institutions. Also if you take up The Gate examination you can apply for foreign companies in Singapore Germany etv if you get a good score in GaTE. So there are plenty carrier options after master in bioinformatics.
