How could I get chance to study BVSc & AH course from a good Veternary college? Please guide me regarding this issue

Hello there,
The eligibility criteria for studying BVSc AH is-
The candidates should have passed their 10+2 level, from a recognised board, with atleast 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Most of the colleges have direct admission, while some may require entrance exam.

Some colleges offering this course are-
1. Veterinary College, Hebbal
2. Mumbai Veterinary College, Mumbai
3. Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur
4. Madras Veterinary College, Chennai
5. NTR College of Veterinary Science, Gannavaram

I heard that marks of NEET is required to get admissions in 15% of the AIPVT seats all over India. So, I want to know that how the counselling proccess runs to avail those seats?
