Dear Shiva, unfortunately, we cannot share images here. But if you are studying Integrated M.Tech, then it is B.Tech+ M.Tech or Graduation + M.Tech. You will have to fill in the details according to your University regulations. For example, if your University considers the first 3 years as Graduation and the next 2 years as Masters, your first 3 years details will go under Bachelor's degree details and the next 2 will go under Master's degree details. If its 3.5 and 1.5 according to your University, you should enter those details accordingly.

You will enter yes for final year of Masters, Semester no# will be 3 or 4 according to the University norms.

Thanks for your answer, I will confirm with my college if it is (3+2) or (3+1.5).For now assuming it is 3+1.5. and I am in Final year(9th Semester of my Integrated M.Tech course),then I need to fill as following:Are you in final year of graduation: NO. Beside that for "Have you completed Bachelors degree?" what should I select? If yes, I feel that during verification IIM's may ask for my graduation degree proof, which I don't have any and contradicts that I have completed Bachelors degree. If "NO", I feel that a combination of "NO" for Final year and "NO" for completed degree gets my application rejected as it is implying that neither I am in final year nor I have graduated.

You will select Bachelor' s completed as Yes. Because ypu are studying Integrated degree which is a combination of Bachelors and Masters. So if you are in final semester, you did complete your Bachelors. The Accademic certificates your University will give you at the end of the course completion will be a proof of this. You neednt worry about it.

Hello student you should fill the form as a master's student with semester if possible.

as per CAT eligibility you should have obtained 45% or more in the Bachelor's degree. Following the norm, you are NOT eligible to apply for CAT 2019. ... As per your University norms, you will enter the aggregate percentage of first 3.5 years under Bachelor's Degree and remaining 1.5 years under Master's degree.

Feel free to comment if you have any doubt

Good luck

Not eligible to apply for CAT!!, So a final year B.Tech student is eligible to apply but not final year Integrated M.Tech? Are you sure?
