How do I gain enough of practical exposure in graduation that helps me in admission to India's top B-Schools?

Apply for internships, if you get hired then go for that. This is the best way to gain practical exposure to a industry. You could participate in competitions wherein you are given real life problems as case studies by various companies. You compete with the brilliant minds in India to come up with a solution and prsenet it to the company executives. You could undertake life projects as well. Usually, you get these through your professor.
