Hey aspirant,
In order to become an Indian Diplomat you have to clear UPSC-CSE exam conducted annually mostly for class A posts of central government and union territories, it also includes some class B posts all depends on your performance.
There's preliminary exam, then mains exam and finally your personality test, all of these are crucial and have to be taken seriously.
After this, you have to perform well enough to get into IFS(Indian foreign services) which is where you'd represent yourself as an Indian Diplomat.
