The admission to the courses in B.P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology is based on entrance exams. WBJEE  (Joint Entrance Examination conducted by West Bengal) & JEE (Main) conducted by NTA is required  for B.Tech course. WB PGET conducted by MAKAUT is accepted for M.Tech and WB JECA conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board is accepted for MCA course.
