The  AITS Kadapa train students by inviting various companies for campus recruitment of students who are in their final year of the programme and are likely to graduate at the conclusion of the academic year, the Institute assists each student in exploring placement prospects. The Institute's final placements are the product of extremely methodical interactions with the business community and ongoing career counselling for the students. Students receive ongoing career guidance beginning with the first module of the programme, and this guidance is rigorously followed up with possible employers for participation in the institute's placement programme. In addition to assisting the students in landing their "dream employment," this also helps the visiting placement organisations find the "best" applicant for their business.
