College of Engineering Pune is perhaps the best State Technical Institute in Maharashtra after IIT Bombay and at par with VNIT Nagpur and VJTI Mumbai. The institute has excellent infrastructure, faculty and research facilities besides having a very strong employer outlook. Being located near IT, Industrial, Technology and Corporate hubs of Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and nearby Mumbai provides huge scope and impetus to training and placement prospects.
