It's one of the best colleges in South Campus for Economics Honors.

But when it comes to overall Delhi University rankings, it's much lower than other colleges.

Zakir Hussain has traditionally tried to be better in arts courses, and some of it's arts courses are very well known. However, when it comes to Economics, it stands nowhere near colleges like Ramjas, Hindu, SRCC, DCAC, Hansraj etc.

So, yes. Take admission in Eco there only if you have no better alternatives. Overall, the crowd and atmosphere are pretty good.
