There is no BBA course in IIMs. On IIMs only post graduation course of MBA runs. So if younwantbto do MBA before that you need to complete your graduation in any field. It is not necessary to ve BBA, graduation in every field is valid for doing MBA.

After graduating you need to give CAT exam then each and every college make an aggregate score individually based on their own different parameters with different weightages. Then on that list students are called for interview round and again final aggregate list is made on the basis of WSAT and interview along with other parameters like 10th, 12th, graduation marks, work experience which is used to call top students for admission.

So first do your graduation i.e. BBA from any college and then prepare for CAT exam to start the process of entering into IIMs. Make sure you perform well during your graduation because these percentage also play a vital role in your selection of MBA process.
