Once you are allotted a seat in Round 1 and if you are looking for an up-gradation of your seat for Round 2, you needn't register again. Once you get the allottment, you will be given options whether you want to take up the seat and join the college or you want to upgrade your seat. Because you want to upgrade your seat, you should select the ideal option. But you needn't register again. Registration is for those Candidates who haven't registered before. But because you have registered earlier and you also have been allotted a seat, you needn't register again. And because you have opted for upgradation, in case you get an upgraded seat in Round 2, the seat allotted in Round stands cancelled automatically.
