AIIMS Nagpur currently offers only mbbs while Gandhi Medical College and hospital, Secunderabad offers various UG as well as PG courses in Medicine and paramedical sciences as well.

AIIMS nagpur is a government institution and GMC is a private institute, so naturally the fees of all courses would be much less in AIIMS Nagpur.

AIIMS Nagpur is an autonomous institute, rated AAA. It is recently established in the year 2018. It has 50 seats againts a faculty of 60 for the course of MBBS. GMCH Secunderabad offers 250 seats for MBBS and is approved by MCI, established way back in 1954. It would be a better choice to join GMCH.
