CSE at Manipal Jaipur is a good option. But you should first try to get admission in main Manipal. MIT (Manipal Institute of Technology, Udipi, Karnataka) is old and good for placement. Placements at Manipal Jaipur is average because it is still a new university.

If you are applying for B.Tech then it's quite a good option. But if you are applying for M.Tech then it is better you first try at the main Manipal or other universities like BITS Pilani, IITs, NITs, SRM, Nirma University, Thappar University.
