IIIT-Kottayam started its academics in the year 2015. Till now, i.e., 2019 four batches are running which are the first year, the second year and the third years respectively. So till now, college didn't have a huge record of  placement . But are working very hard so that  placement season should end perfectly. For which they have our own placement cell also.

Till now the college is set to be a permanent institution and experienced faculty member almost many of them are holding PhD. 

Sophisticated and supportive faculty and interactive methods of teaching. 

 research centres are well built with all necessary facilities.

It is a very good college in every aspects of studies.

Coding culture is way better than other private colleges like (Vit, SRM, JIIT noida, Nirma, LNMIIT Jaipur). In coding skills iiit kottayam’s student will outperform other new iiits and nits.

The faculties are always willing to help students. They all are highly educated, teaching skill is also very good.
